Purposes of processing Description of processing The purposes identified in the record of processing activities of the company and in the consent clauses at the bottom of each form. They are specific for the purpose described in the collection.
Retention period The legal provision that obliges them to be retained for tax and accounting reasons, and in order to have them at the disposal of a competent public entity. However, they may be kept longer for historical or statistical archiving purposes, unless the right of opposition and/or cancellation is exercised.
Recipients Recipeint of the transfer No data will be transferred to third parties except as a result of legal obligations or a contractual interest.
Purpose of the transfer No transfer is contemplated, except by legal provision.
Legitimation of the transfer In accordance with the legal basis of the processing, in cases of legal obligation, public interest, or legitimate interest and the interested party or their legal representative has given their consent.

Rights of interested persons What rights do I have? Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of their data.
Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or (where appropriate) to request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain cases, the interested parties may request the limitation of processing. In such cases, we will use them only for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain cases and for particular reasons, you may object to the processing of your data and we will stop processing them, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.  
How can I exercise them? To exercise your rights, you must submit a letter to the address indicated above or send an e-mail to info@assap.ad.
You must specify which of these rights you request to be satisfied. Your letter must be accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI or equivalent identification documents. If you are acting through a representative (whether legal or voluntary), you must also provide documents to this effect. If you would like a template, you can:
