Fire, explosion, smoke or soot

This coverage covers damage and repairs required to your building as a result of fire, explosions, and secondary damage caused by smoke and soot.

Atmospheric phenomena

This coverage provides comprehensive protection against damage resulting from adverse weather conditions, lightning strikes, floods, collisions and the effects of sonic waves. For example, it covers the repair of a facade damaged by a severe storm.

Electrical damage

It supports damage to electrical systems and appliances caused by electrical anomalies, such as repairing the building’s electrical system after a short circuit.
