Going on holiday to a campsite or camping in a permitted area is always an option chosen by those who want to escape the typical hotel holidays and want to manage their schedules, and with children it is always a very fun option.
But for those of you who have never gone camping or rented a motorhome, we have a series of recommendations in detail:
- First of all, carefully study the area where you want to go. If you choose to camp, you will have to make sure that where you want to go there are areas that allow camping and, if you go camping, which ones allow access to motorhomes .
- After making a list of all the material that we might need, if we go in a motorhome, the list will be shorter than if we go camping, since motorhomes normally already have the minimum material for cooking and personal hygiene.
Things to keep in mind if we go in summer:
- Comfortable clothing, tracksuit type.
- Waterproof
- Cap
- Depending on the area, we will need hiking boots and thick socks and/or beach clothes and sandals.
- And bedding: sleeping bag, sheets, some blankets in case it gets cold, and towels.
Also, everything that would be the utensils and elements for cooking; If we go to a campsite, the bungalows/motorhomes already have all this, but for those who camp, they will have to bring a minimum of utensils.
Bring rescue and protective items such as a small first aid kit, sunscreen, walkie talkies, since we may be going to an area that does not have coverage or plugs to charge our cell phones, candles, and if we are going with children, wet wipes and board games.
Happy holidays and happy camping!
