Apps to help us with our 2021 resolutions

We are already in mid-January and it is the time when we begin to see if the goals we had set for ourselves for 2021 are feasible, or if they will really cost us more than we expected (as almost always happens to a large part of the population :)).

Expressions like “I’ll do it this time”, “I’ll do sports at least 5 days a week” or “I have to get my act together with English” have been repeated every year… But as the weeks and months go by, we lose enthusiasm and start to “relax”.

For this reason, ASSAP brings you a list of mobile applications to help us achieve our New Year’s resolutions (they will send us alerts or messages with motivation, we will be able to monitor our progress, share it with whoever we want, etc.). Because technology can also help us in these cases:

  • Save more

With the Fintonic app you can control your expenses.

This app will allow you to manage your finances and save as much as you want in a very simple way, synchronizing different bank accounts from different entities.

Available on iOS and Android.

  • Cooking healthier

If you want to cook in a healthier way, we recommend the Noodle app, which will suggest healthy recipes using whatever you have in the fridge. You just have to choose things from the fridge and the app will suggest lunches and dinners for you, so you can eat healthier and reduce food waste.

Available on iOS and Android.

  • Getting started in Yoga

If one of your goals is to get started in the world of yoga, Pocket Yoga is your app! You can do individual exercises and complete classes, with the help of videos and descriptions to understand each movement.

Available on iOS and Android

  • Quit smoking

One of the most repeated resolutions every year… and one of the most complicated. But with the QuitNow! app you can quit smoking more easily. It has 70 goals that you must unlock as the days go by without smoking.

A very successful app.

Available on iOS and Android.

  • Reduce stress

SAM is an app created and developed by professional psychologists that will allow you to control anxiety through different self-help methods.

Available on iOS and Android.

Did you know any? Have you used other apps? Share it with all your contacts! 🙂
